Anyone else out there find it super difficult to eat healthy on the go? (raises both hands). I cannot tell you how many times my breakfast and lunch has consisted of my kids’ leftover sandwich or nothing at all. After doing this for what seemed like an eternity, I decided to stop eating leftover toddler food and find a healthy alternative. These smoothies have saved me so many times. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve grabbed one of these on my way to work or on my way to the park with my kids. My favorite smoothies so far are the Power Greens Smoothie, Carrot Ginger Chia and Blueberry Coconut Smoothie. I haven’t tried them all yet, but these are my favorites so far.
